2020 was incredibly difficult for everyone and we want to reassure you that our aim is to provide a safe experience and help add an element of sparkle and hope into 2021 so we can treasure Christmas once again.
We constantly review the updated Government guidance and will have plans in place
in order to reopen Bugford Nurseries safely and responsibly once again in 2021.
These plans focus on the safety and wellbeing of our visitors, staff and local communities.

With that in mind we are also able to offer a new pre-ordering service this year linked with
FREE local delivery to Dartmouth and the surrounding villages.
Simply message us with you tree requirements and we will ensure that it is either held back for collection,
at a time to suit, or have it delivered to your door directly where contactless payment can be undertaken.

The team at Bugford Nurseries want to provide you with a unique and magical visit to choose your Christmas Tree again this year by providing a safe environment - whilst at the same time not diluting the experience!
What are we doing to keep you and our staff safe this year?
What are we doing to keep you and our staff safe this year?
- We will be opening each day from Saturday 27th November 2021 between 10am and 4.30pm, right up to Thursday 23rd December 2021, to give everyone time to visit.
- Hand sanitising stations will be located at various points at Bugford Nurseries.
- Social distancing will be encouraged particularly around the payment and netting areas.
- We will be operating a one way system across the site and through our open ended tunnel.
- We will be using a contactless payment system although cash can still be taken.
- We will clean and disinfect all surfaces and touch points across the site regularly.
- We will display our own NHS track and trace QR code that visitors can scan on arrival.
